MERRITT ISLAND, Fla. – A court document released Friday shows that Alicia Capitelli’s fiancé, Phillip Keller, confessed to killing his partner following an argument over his drug use.
Keller was arrested Thursday by Brevard County deputies after jumping into Sykes Creek to try to avoid capture, according to the sheriff’s office.
