Two hospital wards have been closed after a sudden outbreak of multiple cases of coronavirus. Urgent and "robust action" has been taken at the the Royal Glamorgan Hospital in Wales where 34 people have come down with the deadly bug.
Wards have been immediately closed with a risk-assessment of all affected wards and at-risk wards underway, Wales Online reports.
A spokesperson for Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board said it appeared the outbreak was "mainly" sparked by virus transmission within the hospital.
