ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Police say three people were struck by a hit-and-run driver Friday night in Allentown. Officers from the Allentown Police Department were called to the intersection of Dauphin Street and Allentown Road just after 10:30 p.m.

for reports of a crash involving pedestrians.Two people suffered minor injuries and a third was hospitalized with serious injuries but is expected to recover, according to police.MORE LOCAL HEADLINESNo information on the age of the victims or a description of the striking vehicle was included in a Saturday afternoon update from the department.

PHILADELPHIA - Friends and family gathered Thursday night to remember a 14-year-old boy who was shot and killed in Philadelphia's Feltonville neighborhood on Monday afternoon. Meanwhile, police are still looking into why a group of adults allegedly chased Samir Jefferson and shot him 18 times as he waited for the bus in broad daylight. So far, authorities have charged 20-year-old Qadir Johnson and 21-year-old Kyair Garnett in connection with Jefferson’s murder.

PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia police say a man was shot and killed after someone opened fire on the vehicle he was in on the Roosevelt Boulevard Extension in East Falls.According to police, an Acura was traveling south near Fox Street when it was rear-ended. The driver pulled over to exchange information when police say the striking car pulled up next to the car and someone from the passenger side pulled out a semi-automatic gun and fired two shots.The 21-year-old passenger was shot twice in the torso.

UPPER DARBY, Pa. - A suspect is in custody after police say he shot two people then opened fire on police near 69th Street Terminal Thursday morning in Upper Darby. Police Superintendent Tim Bernhardt said officers from the Upper Darby Police Department were called to the 7000 block of Terminal Square for reports of a domestic shooting. FOX 29's Steve Keeley reports a man fatally shot his girlfriend and left the apartment. Police say the shooter then shot a man at least once on the sidewalk outside of the apartment building.
