(Relatively!)“I mean it’s still totally out but heading in the right direction!“I’m still weak as anything, trying to gain weight and exhausted - but baby steps are baby steps! Whoop!”The latest update comes after the journalist described a "touch and go" period following her hospital dismissal.Deborah uploaded an emotional video montage set to the inspirational tune of Rise Up by Andra Day earlier this week.The video concluded with her walking out of the hospital doors.Deborah wrote: “Two and a half weeks ago it was touch and go if I made it through the night.“Today after 18 days across two hospitals I walked down the steps of the @royalmarsden discharged from life as an in-patient."Deborah also shared that while her health struggles are far from over, she felt that she had overcome a lot in the past few weeks.“I’m not out of the woods yet, and I’ll be back in soon, but I’ve reached a point that seemed insurmountable weeks ago,” she commented.“I cried on my last IV treatment today.The trauma of it all is very raw and real.“I’m realising I’ve been through a lot.
