coronavirus deaths have been recorded in Greater Manchester's hospitals. The region's hospital death toll now stands at 3,580, according to the latest NHS data.In the last 24 hours, six coronavirus-related deaths were recorded at the Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.This brings the total of Covid-19 deaths within the trust - which runs Salford Royal, The Royal Oldham Hospital, North Manchester General Hospital, Fairfield General Hospital and Rochdale Infirmary - to 1,004.It is the first trust in our region to record more than 1,000 coronavirus-related deaths.Five deaths were confirmed at the Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust.Four deaths were reported at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust and three.
