Give seaside towns more cash to boost Covid regeneration, ministers told

Seaside towns should be given more powers and cash to boost regeneration as resorts fight back from the coronavirus crisis, a report urges today.

A study by the Locality think tank, seen exclusively by the Mirror, says communities should be given greater responsibility for reviving their areas.
