Giving her company, the TV star then brightened up Joan's day by asking her what she wanted to do after she left hospital. She asked: "Poor mother, where do you want to go after?" to which Joan simply said: "Harrods".

Gemma enlisted her two pals Charlie King and Lucas Armitage for the luxury outing to the iconic Knightsbridge department store.
