Health Minister Patty Hajdu announced on Monday that Canadian travellers would be able to enter the country by land or air without having to quarantine, as long as they’ve tested negative for COVID-19.

Hajdu said travellers will still have to obtain a negative COVID-19 test before arriving at the border, and will need to be tested again upon arrival, to allow the government to monitor test positivity rates and variants of concern..
