Fugitive criminal ‘Booru Moona’ arrested after almost a month on the run

GLOUCESTER COUNTY, N.J. - Residents in one Gloucester County township are being told to remain in their homes as an investigation unfolds in the area Sunday afternoon.Police activity is ongoing near Patterson Avenue and McDevitt Boulevard in Greenwich Township, according to the Gloucester County Emergency Management.Officials have been asking resident to stay indoors, and locals to stay out of the area, since Saturday afternoon. An updated alert was posted just hours ago.It is unclear what prompted the investigation, or how long it will last.This is a developing story.

CAPE MAY COUNTY, N.J. - A man in Cape May made another concerning discovery amid a rash of marine mammal deaths along the East Coast this year.The dead dolphin was found washed ashore on Baltimore Avenue Beach near Beach Drive over the weekend.Police moved dolphin from the water's edge to the top of the beach ramp so the Marine Mammal Stranding Center could transport it, according to the beach goer who snapped the photo.It is still unclear what led to the dolphin stranding, but this latest discovery comes almost two weeks after eight dolphins died in a 'mass stranding' on a New Jersey beach.
