Florida sees 3,190 new COVID-19 cases as US prepares to begin first shots of Pfizer for children

ORLANDO, Fla. – After the Pfizer vaccine was approved for expanded eligibility earlier this week, the United States is preparing to administer first doses to those as young as 12 as soon as Thursday.

An announcement is expected Wednesday regarding use recommendations on those 12-15 years old, according to the Associated Press.
