Boris Johnson will unveil his long-awaited plan to ease lockdown rules in England tomorrow. After spending the weekend poring over the latest data, the Prime Minister is expected to update MPs on his "roadmap" out of the restrictions in the Commons on Monday at 3.30pm, followed by a TV address at around 7pm.
Mr Johnson has been handed a crucial dossier of data on vaccines, which is expected to play a key role in his decision on how quickly to exit from lockdown.
He is expected to move cautiously, unlocking the country in stages, probably separated by a few weeks. We know schools and outdoor recreation will be first, followed by non-essential shops, then finally pubs, restaurants and cafes.
