When I was reading about Sarah Harding and what she has gone through with her breast cancer it made my heart ache. She is so young and it’s so upsetting to hear about her battle.

All my thoughts are with Sarah and her friends and family as it must be so difficult. The key health message from this is do not delay going to see your GP.

Sarah has admitted she delayed seeing her doctor due to the pandemic. I was reading her words and hoping that it might inspire others to see their doctor if they have any worrying symptoms.

Many people have postponed visits over this last year, and hearing stories like Sarah’s is heartbreaking. If you discover any change with your breasts then please get them checked.
