After first quarter touchdown gave the Eagles the early lead, Carr and the Raiders dominated the game by scoring 30 unanswered points from the second quarter to the fourth.
Carr got to work by leading the Raiders on a 9-play, 72 yard drive that ended with an 18-yard strike to tight end Foster Moreau.
