REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. - Police in Delaware say an intoxicated, partly clothed Virginia man was arrested after he was found sleeping in a home in a popular beach resort town.

Delaware State Police said in a news release that the 26-year-old man from Arlington, Virginia, entered the victims’ residence in Rehoboth Beach and was found sleeping in bed.

The home is located just blocks off the beach. Troopers responded early Sunday morning and found the man in a rear bedroom on the second floor of the house. MORE HEADLINES:Troopers detected a strong smell of alcoholic beverages and arrested the man without a problem.

OAKLAND, Calif. - Police  are looking for two gunmen who shot and killed one man and critically injured another in a barber shop in Oakland last weekend. The sister of the man who died says he was passionate about social justice and helping people.She says she recently learned her brother Hassan Xavier Bell  was an organ donor so even in death, he's giving life to eight people.Tory Bell says she can not fathom why someone took his life.  Hassani was 23 years old with a bright future."He was a great person, a sweet person, a peaceful person. He wouldn't harm anybody," Bell said.

COVID-19 vaccines.In a release Friday, the MHRC said pamphlets making the rounds in Manitoba look like they’ve been issued by the commission and include the commission logo and information about the human rights code, as well as misinformation regarding COVID-19 vaccinations.“It in fact copies the layout and content of one of the pamphlets we do circulate and then if you flip it over it has some information about the COVID-19 vaccine, which again is just information that has been debunked, so it does look quite like a document that our organization may produce,” MHRC executive director, Karen Sharma told 680 CJOB.The commission is asking the public to destroy any pamphlets they may have and to stop distributing them.
