Susanna Reid interjected today as Dr Hilary Jones warned of increasing cases of coronavirus in children. Today on Good Morning Britain, a video was aired of a 29-year-old man who had badly contracted Covid-19 in Tenerife after denying it was real.

Reacting to the video, Dr Hilary said that the video acted as a warning to anyone who believed that they were automatically immune because they were young or fit.

But as he warned about an increasing number of children contracting the virus, host Susanna interjected to insist that it was "extremely rare".
