Daniel Barnett, 38, is facing charges in connection with the rape of a young girl over a six-year period.  PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, Pa. - A Plymouth Township man has been arrested and charged for sexually assaulting an elementary-school-aged girl during a six-year period from 1997 to 2003. According to the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, 38-year-old Daniel Barnett was charged with 20 felony counts of rape of a child and related charges. The DA's office says the investigation began when the victim, who is now 29, reported to the Plymouth Township Police Department that she was raped by Barnett more than 100 times from the time she was five until she was about nine. Investigators then learned he was a friend of the victim's brother, according to officials. Police say the sexual abuse began with him touching her inappropriately over her clothes and then progressed to rape and other types of sexual assault. "This defendant was repeatedly sexually assaulting a very young girl for years," District Attorney Kevin R.

NEWARK - Authorities in Delaware have charged three young men for allegedly shooting two people with splatter balls from a car over the weekend. Justin Farrow, Nasir Hairston and Cincere Bowen, all 19-years-old, surrendered to police on Monday. William Tatman, 43, is facing multiple charges after leading Delaware State Police on a pursuit in a stolen car.  REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. - Delaware State Police is investigating after a man allegedly stole a car and led police on a pursuit across the state. Police say troopers responded to the 20,000 block of Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach just after 5 p.m. on Saturday. According to investigators, a suspect, later identified as 43-year-old William Tatman, was seen going through vehicles on the property and he was confronted by a witness. Tatman then fled towards the Loft apartments across the road and got into a 2006 Infiniti M35 that was running in the back of the complex, police say. Authorities say troopers saw Tatman driving off in the car as the 21-year-old car owner getting dragged as he tried to stop him. Investigators say the trooper activated his emergency lights and sirens in an effort to stop the suspect, but he fled in the victim's car. Police say the pursuit began westbound on the Lewes-Georgetown Highway where the suspect tried to strike a trooper who was trying to deploy stop sticks. According to authorities, the pursuit continues to Rt.
