DAVINA McCall is desperate for daughter Holly, 19, to make it home for Christmas after battling Covid-19 at university. Earlier this week, the TV presenter revealed Holly had tested positive for coronavirus within 10 days of arriving at her halls of residence at Newcastle University.
While Holly has recovered, Davina, 52, is anxious about whether she will be allowed to come home for Christmas and be with her loved ones.
She told The Sunday Mirror: "Most of the halls she was living in had it. Every person got through it because teenagers just don’t have an issue with it.
They’re all fine now." She added jokingly: “I am assuming she’s not going to get it again which means she can come back, after drinking with a thousand people the night.
