It’s Beckham - but without the “ham”. David and Victoria Beckham have ditched meat, with David struggling through the past three weeks as a veggie, while Posh follows a plant-based diet.
Victoria previously attempted to go vegan, but now mainly eats vegetables and fish, while David is a new adopter of a meat-free diet.
As he munched mango and avocado, smoked watermelon and a stroganoff-style mushroom dish at a wellness centre in Germany this weekend, the former footballer admitted shifting his eating habits “hasn’t been easy”, but adds that he found it “actually enjoyable”.
Meanwhile, Victoria follows a plant based diet, having previously ditched dairy, and has started taking a collagen peptide powder – even though it “smells nasty”.
