An ambulance worker died a week before his daughter lost her life to Covid-19. Terence Weal died on January 16 after his health deteriorated following a series of illnesses.
The 86-year-old, who worked for the London Ambulance Service for more than 30 years, lost his life before daughter Jaine Seabright, Essex Live reported.
She died following a battle with Covid-19 on January 23. Five days before, the streets of Little Waltham were lined with ambulance crews in honour of her dad, who was from Chelmsford.
Terence's wife of 65 years and Jaine's mum, Brenda Weal, 81, said her husband probably helped deliver "a baby a week" in the three decades he worked with the ambulance crews.
