Joe Rogan apologises as stars boycott Spotify over Covid misinformation row: ‘I’m interested in telling the truth’
supports HTML5 videoJoe Rogan has spoken out as the controversy surrounding his Spotify podcast and the spread of misinformation about Covid continues to gather steam. The 54-year-old has been at the centre of the row with his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, accused of giving a platform to false statements about Covid and the vaccine. It led to several musicians speaking out in protest against Spotify, with Neil Young removing his entire catalogue of music from the streaming service, with Joni Mitchell supporting his move. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also released a statement revealing that they have ‘expressed concern’ to Spotify about the ‘all too real consequences’ of spreading misinformation about Covid. On Sunday, Rogan finally addressed the controversy in a nine-minute video posted to his Instagram. He stated: ‘Now, because of this controversy … Neil Young has removed his music from the platform of Spotify and Joni Mitchell and apparently some other people want to as well. ‘I’m very sorry that they feel that way. I most certainly don’t want that.

T-mobile vaccine mandate: Office employees must comply by April
Supreme Court rejected earlier this month the Biden administration’s plan to require vaccines or regular COVID testing at companies with more than 100 workers."T-Mobile’s badge-controlled offices continue to be accessible only to those who are vaccinated against COVID-19 and we have shared with employees that we are requiring office workers ... to be fully vaccinated by April 2," the company said in a statement issued to FOX Television Stations. The company said the requirement has limited exceptions for certain roles, locations and legally mandated accommodations and exemptions."We understand that this is a deeply personal decision for some employees but we believe that taking this step will put us in the best position to protect our T-Mobile community," the statement continued. Some urge COVID-19 vaccine certificates to require 3 doses as Ontario set for reopening
Ontario are set to open their doors once again on Monday to fully vaccinated patrons, but with COVID-19 levels likely just past a peak, some question if “fully vaccinated” should be redefined.Businesses and facilities that were closed early this month in response to surging cases driven by the highly transmissible Omicron variant are being allowed to reopen with capacity limits and will need to operate under the vaccine certificate system. That means only allowing customers who show proof they’ve received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, which is currently considered fully vaccinated.
