Covid cases are rising again in 103 areas in England as lockdown eases, analysis of the latest Public Health data shows. The figures, for the seven days to April 11, show that of the 315 local areas in England, 103 (33%) have seen a rise in case rates, 198 (63%) have seen a fall and 14 are unchanged.
The five areas with the biggest week-on-week rise are: Cambridge (up from 14.4 to 36.1), Canterbury (10.9 to 31.4), Melton (52.7 to 68.3), Wycombe (20.6 to 35.5) and Bradford (76.7 to 90.8).
