ITV soap in stitches thanks to the interesting way she has chosen to protect herself against coronavirus. During Monday night's episode it became more obvious that the troubles of the real world had firmly made there way on to the street with social distancing and mask rules in place. While Sally paid a visit to Roy's Rolls, she then found herself being confronted by husband Tim's mum who viewers discovered had escaped his abusive dad Geoff when he was a baby.
But Corrie viewers were distracted despite the drama of the storyline thanks to Sally's own protective equipment - a pair of marigolds.
One said: "Sally’s rubber gloves could be a new trend.""Inspired to have Sally wearing marigold gloves as Covid protection #Corrie," commented.
