Many pubs and restaurants won't survive the winter if the Covid passport scheme is extended, MSPs have been warned.A Scottish Parliament committee was told people will simply throw house parties if new rules put them off visiting bars and other premises.The warning comes from licensed trade representatives, and follows Nicola Sturgeon's suggestion that plans were being considered which could see the passport scheme extended to cinemas, theatres and other hospitality venues.
