The district court in Cork is due to hear an action later today against a landlord over his alleged failure to control noise during house parties at two properties he owns close to University College Cork.

The action is being taken by two residents who are part of a group alleging that houses in the area were being used for so-called Covid-19 lockdown parties.

The residents, Sadie O'Mahony of Highfield Avenue, College Road, Cork, and Mairead O’Callaghan of Connaught Avenue in Cork, are taking their action against landlord Fachtna O’Reilly of Model Farm Road, Carrigrohane, in Cork, under the 1992 Environmental Protection Agency Act.

WHITEMARSH TWP, Pa. - A Philadelphia man is accused of shooting a driver in an apparent road rage incident last month on a highway in Montgomery County. Tequila could become America’s favorite liquor, data trends show

General Declaration on the Protection of the Appellation of Origin Tequila, as put forth by Mexico’s Tequila Regulatory Council. Tequila popularity has been steadily growing since 2002 and in 2021 alone, 26.9 million 9-liter cases of tequila were sold, according to the Distilled Spirits Council. LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. - Washington Commanders safety Deshazor Everett has been charged with involuntary manslaughter for the fatal car crash that took the life of his girlfriend Olivia Peters.
