Carol Vorderman, 62, told her 332,000 Instagram followers that she has been forced to cancel her plans tomorrow due to poor health.

The I'm A Celeb South Africa star explained she was feeling "sweaty and full of temperature" as she connected with her fans via Instagram live.

The BBC Wales presenter asked fans to "excuse her" as she continued to cough throughout the video, admitting: "I'm not a well girl tonight". "I've had a cold, I've been sick," Carol added, before confessing that watching the stomach-turning eating trials on tonight's episode of the ITV show certainly hadn't helped. "That eating trial. . .
