Perth and Kinross has spoken out about the emotional and financial toll of COVID-19 on staff, residents and relatives. Balhouisie Care Group revealed the pandemic has created extra business costs of £500,000, but warned the emotional impact has been just as great and that dealing with the coronavirus will be the “new normal”.
