WASHINGTON - President Joe Biden is expected to sign the $1 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act into law on Monday after the House approved the measure in a show of bipartisanship.Biden will be joined by members of Congress as well as mayors, governors, labor union representatives and business leaders on the South Lawn.Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are expected to make remarks.The House passed the measure 228-206, prompting prolonged cheers from the relieved Democratic side of the chamber.
