Asymptomatic test site in South Ayrshire this weekend will help tackle 'silent spread' of COVID-19

Maybole to help tackle the ‘silent spread’ of COVID-19 in areas where the virus is more prevalent. The test site, located at Carrick Academy, Kirkoswald Road, will allow a targeted programme of testing to be carried out on those who are not displaying symptoms of the virus.

The facility will operate by appointment only and will be open on Saturday, January 23 from 10am to 6pm and Sunday, January 24 between 10am and 6pm.

Tests are free, quick and easy, and you can expect results back within 24 to 48 hours. Traffic management will be in place at and around the site.
