Assam government on Saturday relaxed lockdown restriction in 9 districts that has shown improvement in controlling the deadly coronavirus.
Further, new guidelines have been issued for districts showing high and moderate positivity rate. The fresh guidelines will come into effect from June 28.
It said on Saturday, the Assam State Disaster Management Authority has issued a revised and consolidated directive today containing directives to further contain the spread of COVID-19 in the districts.
