It is not the only area experiencing a rise in cases, as a tally shows dozens of areas are still seeing more cases even as the spread of Covid-19 slows.

New confirmed cases have been rising across 36 of the 151 upper-tier local authorities in England in recent weeks as the country moves through its lockdown phases, the Daily Express reports.
