But the symptoms continued and over a period of four months she struggled with vertigo, stomach abnormalities, irregular periods, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, zero short term memory and general malaise.
It was then that she took her fourth test – an antibody blood test – that revealed her positive result almost five months later.
