NORTH PHILADELPHIA - Two Philadelphia Police officers were injured in a car accident, along with civilians in another vehicle, while on a traffic stop, in North Philadelphia.According to officials, two officers with the 22nd Philadelphia Police District were conducting a traffic stop Saturday evening, about 6:15, on the 2500 block of West Sedgley Avenue.

Their patrol vehicle was marked.A civilian vehicle, traveling at a high rate of speed southbound on West Sedgley slammed into the patrol vehicle.

PHILADELPHIA - Police are looking for two suspects after an armed robbery in Philadelphia last week.A 39-year-old man was standing on the 200 block of Chestnut Street Thursday when a dark green SUV with a female driver pulled up in front of him, according to police.Police say a male suspect armed with a handgun then exited the vehicle and demanded the victim's belongings.After the victim handed over his wallet, iPhone 10, keys and carry bag, police say the suspects fled in the vehicle.AdvertisementThe female suspect is said to have long black hair; while the male suspect is described as being 35 years old and 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build.

Video shows Midtown Pedal Pub crash, Atlanta police identify driver charged with DUI

ATLANTA - Police identified the man charged with DUI in a weekend crash involving a "pedal pub" in Midtown and released video of the moment the vehicle tipped.Atlanta police said James Anthony Johnson was steering the vehicle, which is powered by several people using cycle-type pedals. Police said it tipped while making a turn near W Peachtree Street and 14th Street. Video shows the cart overturn and crash into a median near several trees.
