102-year-old among those vaccinated at Dublin nursing home

Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly has said that by Wednesday night almost 122,000 Covid-19 vaccines had been administered to frontline healthcare workers, as well as to residents and staff in nursing homes.

Yesterday, centenarian Norita Mills was the first to receive the vaccine among the residents of Beneavin House First Care Nursing Home in Glasnevin, Dublin.

It was a double celebration for Norita who celebrated her 102nd birthday in the home this week with a socially distanced party and cake.
